In order to promote formation of operational strategy and management culture while achieving sustainable growth among COFCO’s business units, COFCO kicked off its customer satisfaction survey on Jan. 8.
As repeatedly emphasized by Frank Ning, COFCO’s Chairman, strategy finds its fundamental value on customers who offer market, understanding into product positioning, competition, resources allocation and procedure and efficiency in execution. In line with COFCO’s strategic transformation, customer satisfaction survey was first proposed last May with an aim of deepening understanding into customer bases and thus upgrading customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
To make the survey a success, COFCO outsources Gallop for execution. Gallop is a globally renowned polling and commercial survey consultancy for its leading academic and business performance.
Participating the launch ceremony includes Mr. Yin Jianhao, Director of COFCO’s Corporate Office and representatives from COFCO’s business units, including Wine, Oilseed Processing, China Tea, COFCO Plaza, etc. Wine Division is one of the four key BUs and profit centers during the survey.
